Employees can use the SmartHR platform to perform a set of procedures such as leave requests, document requests, expense reports, and efficiently manage a team in terms project needs. Company management can monitor their team's requests centrally, having at any time a complete overview of the availability of human resources and important dates such as holidays or company shutdown days. SmartHR provides the additional ability to manage staff who work in shifts. The approval of permits is carried out without the need for a time-consuming investigation and consultation and monitoring the progress of the requests, both from the employees' and the company's side, becomes extremely easy, ensuring the minimum possible downtime from work.

EASY MANAGEMENT

The company can easily and quickly access each employee's card and retrieve all the necessary information. In addition, managers can configure the hierarchy of their team, with supervisors approving the requests of their subordinates for authorization, issuing documents, approving expenses, managing equipment, etc. Each approval is communicated through push notifications.
